How to prepare for a ski trip

In low humidity, humans sweat more. If you’re hungry, drink more. Water-heavy meals aren’t a viable alternative for water when traveling. Fruits and veggies are 90% water.

Sleep well and eat well before the gym. Before skiing, get adequate rest and eat healthily. If you become hungry regularly, keep some food in your jacket. Last, limit your alcohol intake. When you drink, your blood oxygen level lowers, which is problematic at high elevations.
